Anger can be a positive and useful emotion, if it is expressed appropriately and eventually let go. At times, we use anger to motivate us to change, stand uo for ourselves, and survive or persevere adversity. The Bible saids, "...be angry and do not sin. Do not let the sun go down on your anger." Anger is our emotional warning sign, a voice, a plea for help, telling us that something is wrong and we need to look at what is going on inside of us. Anger unattended can be deadly. If not dealt with it can destroy the person emotionally and physically.
